Community benefits

A useful resident service with a practical benefit for your communities.

Give residents a clear option.

Help reduce what gets left behind.

Residents can arrange removal before departure, helping reduce the items and work the community inherits.

Participate in eligible revenue.

Your community can earn revenue share on eligible resident-paid orders, where permitted.

Items left behind can create trash-out invoices, disposal expenses and maintenance work. Review community-paid dollars and staff hours separately; participation alone does not establish expense reduction.

Resident participation

Put the pickup option where residents already look.

Make ReadyOut easy to find through the communications your communities already use. Share the community link after notice to vacate and remind residents how to book before departure. Where supported, keep general pickup information available during residency for people replacing furniture or clearing unwanted items.
