Who we are and scope
ReadyOut LLC (ReadyOut) handles move-out pickups and property cleanouts. This notice covers our website, requests, accounts, residential and commercial tenant-paid orders, and property services. It is a notice at collection for the information described below.
Information we collect
For resident bookings: first and last name, email, phone number, participating community and unit, requested pickup date and window, pickup location, access notes, selected items or photo estimate, photos, amount and order status. Move-out date and SMS consent are optional. Order records also include authority and terms acknowledgments, payment status and processor reference when applicable, and service documentation where captured. Payment card entry takes place with the configured payment provider when online payment is enabled.
For business contacts: name, work email, company, portfolio doors, markets or regions, estimated spend if provided, and optional analysis files. Service applications collect company and contact information, service area and operating details.
Where information comes from
You, your participating property or management company, ReadyOut service records, our payment processor, and the systems used to deliver and support the service.
How we use information
To quote and scope work, schedule and perform service, collect payment when applicable, send service updates, document completion, handle support and privacy requests, and measure program activity. Submitted photos may be analyzed by an AI provider to estimate the pickup.
Who can see it
Participating property and management-company users have scoped access to orders for their communities or portfolio, including identity and contact, unit, service details, photos, price, status and completion documentation needed for fulfillment and reporting.
ReadyOut uses job details needed to execute the service, including contact, location, access, scope and relevant photos. Payment and communications providers receive the information needed for enabled services.
How long we keep it
Order, service and request records are stored to operate the service and handle support and reporting. A specific automated retention or deletion schedule has not been implemented; no fixed retention period is promised here. Contact us with a privacy request for information about available choices.
Security
We limit access by role, keep service photos and submitted analysis files in private storage, and use reasonable safeguards. No security measure is absolute.
Your choices and rights
Use the privacy request form to ask about access, correction or deletion. Requests are reviewed in light of applicable law and necessary service, accounting, payment, fraud and dispute records. Rights vary by location.
Verification and appeals
Submit a request using our web form. We may ask for information reasonably needed to verify identity or authority, without requiring a sensitive ID upload on the form. Where applicable law provides an appeal, select “Appeal a privacy decision” on the same form.
Children
The service is for people age 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
Changes and contact
