Resident choice
- Participation is optional. Residents review the scope and applicable price before booking.
- Available pickup times and access instructions are confirmed for the community and booking.
- Residents use ReadyOut for service questions and applicable changes.
Community participation
- Share the community link or QR code through existing resident communications.
- Provide applicable building policies and access requirements.
- Authorize community-ordered work separately when items remain after possession.
Service coordination
- Local service providers complete removal under ReadyOut operating standards.
- ReadyOut coordinates scheduling, documentation and follow-up.
- Service requirements and availability are confirmed before activation.
Evidence and review
- Completion documentation supports service review.
- Participation, community spending and staff hours are separate measures.
- Program scope, terms and review definitions are agreed before any evaluation begins.
