A separate resident transaction
Each pickup is booked and paid for by the individual resident. It is not a community collection process, and the community does not combine requests.
Students and residents use the community’s ReadyOut link to show what needs to go, review the price, choose an available pickup time, and pay ReadyOut directly.
ReadyOut removes unwanted items. It is not a moving company and does not transport belongings to another home.

Residents can use the link for unwanted furniture or a replaced item at move-in, a broken chair during the year, or furniture they are not taking at move-out, where the service is available.
ReadyOut gives students a clear option. How many residents use it varies by community and is reviewed using actual records.
Each resident pickup is a separate transaction: the resident sees the price before booking and pays ReadyOut directly. There is no cost for the community to offer the resident program. Community-requested removal is scoped, priced and paid for separately.
