Terms of Service

Draft for legal review — not yet effective.

Last updated October 1, 2026

Agreement and eligibility

These terms describe services provided by ReadyOut LLC, operating as ReadyOut, for residents, commercial tenants and property customers. You must be at least 18 and legally authorized to place and pay for an order and authorize removal of the items submitted. A resident or tenant placing a customer-paid order enters their own information. Separate signed portfolio agreements control where they differ.

What ReadyOut does

ReadyOut coordinates the service from booking through completion. ReadyOut LLC is the merchant of record for customer-paid services and charges the resident, tenant or customer directly.

Price, scope and payment

ReadyOut sets resident- and tenant-facing prices, not the property or management company. Review the items, scope and confirmed price before ordering. The confirmed order price is the minimum charge and does not decrease simply because fewer items are presented. If onsite items are additional, larger or materially different, we may propose an increased price. We will seek your approval before removing added scope. If you decline, we may limit work to the confirmed scope where feasible. Payment is handled by our payment processor; ReadyOut does not store full card numbers.

Cancellation and refund

Cancel at least 48 hours before scheduled service to receive a refund. Within 48 hours, payment is non-refundable except if ReadyOut cancels or fails to provide service, or where law requires otherwise. ReadyOut may offer reasonable rescheduling at its discretion. This rule remains subject to counsel and owner review before taking effect.

Scheduling, access and safety

You must provide accurate scope, location, access and contact details and make the items accessible at the scheduled time. We may refuse unsafe, illegal, hazardous, prohibited, oversized, inaccessible or undisclosed items. The current exclusions include hazardous waste, paint or solvents, aerosols, pesticides or fertilizers, fuel or propane tanks, medical waste, firearms or ammunition, asbestos, and sand, concrete, dirt or rock. Loose recyclables belong in the property’s recycling and appliances must be empty.

Photos and documentation

You authorize photos and service records for quoting and scoping, execution, coordination, support and claims, and service or proof documentation only. Before-and-after photos, timestamps, crew identity and completion notes document completed jobs. Disposal or recycling receipts are provided where required by the portfolio agreement or requested service. Donation, recycling and diversion reports are provided only where requested and supported by actual documentation; no diversion outcome is guaranteed.

Property access

Participating properties and management companies may view all information associated with orders at their property or account: identity and contact, unit and location, scope and photos, amount paid, revenue share, status and completion records. ReadyOut uses order details needed to execute the service, including contact, location, access, scope and relevant photos. See the Privacy Policy. See the Privacy Policy.

Service communications

We may email necessary order confirmation, scheduling, reminder, crew en route, change, completion and support messages. Service texts require separate optional consent at checkout. Purchasing does not require text consent. Message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out. When texts are unavailable or not consented to, essential updates use an available non-SMS method such as email or the application. There is no promotional email or SMS program at launch.

Damage and claims

ReadyOut LLC documents service complaints and works to investigate and resolve valid damage claims. Tell ReadyOut promptly after discovering damage and provide the order reference, photos and relevant details. The exact claims process and timing need counsel review; no short forfeiture deadline is imposed in this draft.

Property cleanouts and contracted completion guarantees

The property, community or management company supplies service location, scope and access instructions and certifies lawful possession and disposal authority. Property-ordered cleanouts are charged to the property under its agreement. Where the portfolio service schedule identifies an eligible market and service, ReadyOut completes an eligible property-ordered trash-out or cleanout within 24 consecutive hours after receiving a complete request with authority confirmation, scope, service location and access instructions—or that cleanout is free. Delays caused by denied or unavailable access, incomplete or inaccurate request details, unsafe conditions, prohibited or hazardous materials, government restrictions, severe weather, natural disaster, force majeure or events outside ReadyOut’s reasonable control are excluded. The signed service schedule defines market and service eligibility. These exclusions do not erase the express guarantee for eligible requests.

Accounts, site and conduct

ReadyOut owns its site and content except materials supplied by others. Do not misuse the site, impersonate someone else, submit items you cannot lawfully remove, interfere with other users or provide false access or payment information. We may suspend an account or cancel a request where necessary for safety, nonpayment, misuse or legal compliance, subject to applicable law and any signed agreement.

Limits and disputes

Availability and timing outside an express contracted guarantee depend on conditions and applicable law. Nothing in this draft disclaims the eligible 24-hour completion guarantee, nonwaivable legal rights or responsibility for valid damage claims described above. Any reasonable limits on liability or indemnity, and any governing-law or dispute terms, require counsel review and will be governed by applicable law and any separate signed agreement; no venue, arbitration rule or fee-shifting provision is established here.
