Community participation
The community shares its pickup link or QR code through existing resident communications and provides applicable building policies and access requirements. Resident participation is optional. ReadyOut coordinates service and resident support.
Program terms
No cost to offer the resident program. Residents pay ReadyOut directly for the pickup they choose. Eligible revenue share is available where permitted, under the program agreement. Program economics are reviewed using your portfolio information and agreed definitions.
Service availability and pickup options are confirmed for each participating community and booking.
Evaluation
Confirm communities, service availability, terms, resident communications and baseline records before activation. Review resident participation, documented service and relevant community records before expanding. Financial outcomes require agreed definitions and verified evidence.
