Bulk-Spend Analysis
A sample review outline, not a customer result, quote or forecast. The analysis starts with your actual portfolio information.
What we review
- Portfolio context
- Community count, doors, markets and existing resident communications.
- Current bulk-removal spend
- Invoices and relevant community records, if available; unknown values remain unknown.
- Resident program
- How residents review scope and price, request pickup, and receive support.
- Evaluation scope
- Participating communities, service availability, baseline records and a mutually agreed review period.
Program economics
No cost to offer the resident program. Residents pay ReadyOut directly for the pickup they choose. Eligible revenue share is available where permitted, under the program agreement. Program economics are reviewed using your portfolio information and agreed definitions.
Participation alone does not establish expense reduction. Dollar outcomes require supported assumptions and verified records. Staff hours are tracked separately from dollars; resident-paid volume is not community income.
What an evaluation can measure
- Resident pickup activity and participation, using agreed event, denominator and period definitions.
- Community-ordered trash-outs and documented spending, compared with a suitable baseline.
- Service status, completion documentation and unresolved follow-up.
- Community staff time records, shown as hours rather than assumed savings.
- Resident feedback and applicable program revenue share under the signed schedule.
